Do you want your kids to grow from media consumers into media creators?

We are launching an exciting new class at EMC where kids will learn to express their own ideas through media.

In this creative course, kids will be turning math and science into stories. Through visual storytelling, screenwriting, and simple AI tools, students will learn how to explain math ideas, film short videos,; and share knowledge with confidence — all while having fun and building real-world creative skills. Syllabus

Age Group: 10-16

Length: 1.5 hours per class

Format: 5 live online classes (via Zoom)

Class Size: up to 6 students

Cost: $300

Session 1: REGISTER for Sat class HERE

Dates: Nov 8th, Nov 15th, Dec 6th, Dec 13th

Session 2: REGISTER for Wed class HERE

Days & Time: Wednesdays, 4:30 – 6:00 PM PST

‍Dates: Nov 12th, Nov 19th, Dec 3rd, Dec 10th

Premiere Day: Both groups meet together to watch and celebrate all student videos, share reflections and feedback, and enjoy mini-awards and certificates and discuss safe online posting.

‍Date: Week of December 15 – 21 (The final date will be selected via poll to ensure everyone can attend.)
