The Fun Math program is all about having a good time and discovering that math is more than just numbers and equations! Our Fun Math puzzles incorporate skills such as cryptography, patterns, spatial reasoning and observation, and algebraic thinking with pictures. Each week, we explore a different theme, such as space, fishing on the beach, exploring the underwater world, and fighting goblins. Our students solve puzzles, play logic games, and practice math concepts, without even realizing that they are learning math!
In the Competition Math course, we solve problems from various math competitions, exposing students to different styles of questioning and strategies for solving. This course helps to develop logic and out-of-the-box reasoning skills, and is perfect for students who want to challenge themselves and take their math skills to the next level.
Our Summer program is designed to accommodate a wide range of students, and we recommend signing up for your students' grade of entry for Fall 2025.
Our lessons are designed to be accessible to most students at their grade level, with some scalability for more advanced or less advanced students.
We can be very flexible with moving students up or down a level if they feel it is too easy/hard.
Likewise, are also flexible with allowing movement between classes if you sign up for Fun Math only, and find that you want to try Competition Math instead, we'd be happy to make the switch.
Classes are stand-alone and do not have to be taken in order - Reach out to us if you need prorating for planned vacation and holidays!
Our classes are small, with a maximum of 6 kids per group. This means every child gets the attention they need. It's the perfect setup for collaborative problem-solving and lively peer discussions.
