Anna Margolis is the founder of Engaging Math Circles (EMC). A passionate math educator and mother of two teenage sons, Anna began exploring playful, curiosity-driven math learning at home with her own children. What began as a desire to make math more joyful and engaging grew into EMC, a math school built on creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and the belief that math can be accessible and empowering for every learner.
She holds a master’s degree in mathematics from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and has taught mathematics at colleges in both Israel and the United States.
Through her work, Anna helps families experience math as something they can explore together, building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
