This session offers a clear preview of our EMC Math Kangaroo Prep classes (that start January 10) and how they help students build strong problem-solving habits in a fun, supportive environment.

You will also learn what Math Kangaroo is, why problem-solving competitions matter for all kids, and how to support your child whether they plan to compete or simply want to stretch their thinking.

In this session, we will:

- Preview EMC’s MK Prep classes and show sample MK-style puzzles across grade levels

- Explain what Math Kangaroo is and why these skills are important beyond the contest

- Offer preparation guidance for both competitors and non-competitors

- Answer parent questions about readiness, levels, and how to support learning at home
